Apaches outing !!!

This outing is really fun even though we are all soak up ... I really appeciate all the work the SLs did in preparing this wonderful outing ... Thousand and Million of thanks to the SLs ... Let me write in detail ... Me, Amirul, Suree and Ili were meeting at 8.45am ... But for some reason, we end up being late ... We were suppose to be at the bus stop outside Ngee Ann Poly at 10am but we arrived at 10.30am !

We register and proceed to the room next to room o2o6, we had some game ... But drawing and acting game la ... We are seperate into 4 groups, mine was group 2 ... Then we walk to KAP(if I am not wrong, that what they call the place) ... It is quite near and far (due to the hot weather, the traveling seem far) The SLs actually booked the the party room at the McDonld there ... Then we order our meal, I only had a cup of chocolate milkshake as I am not hungry, as in I already eaten on the way to NP ...

Then on the way back to NP we had some game(scavenger hunt ), like using food from Mcdonld to form the word apaches (we were lucky to find unfinished fries) ... take picture with a SL that has good eyesight (we were ask to said a cheer loudly, as the person who we asked for help can ask us to do one thing) ...

We gathered at the bus stop to continue our Amazing Race ... There are five stations, all together ... O yeah, my group members are Me,Amirul, Suree, Ili, Germaineand Ema(sorry if I spell wrongly) ...

The first station we went was at Green Mall, where we were seperated into two groups, each groups at the far end ... We were each given a list of words ... and we have to shout the word and the two SLs following our group will have two think of the theme and write down ... Initially, I thought we just have to shout and the SLs just have to write down what we shout ... Later when the game ends, then I know I was wrong ... And the SLs act and we guess ... We left our bags there ... And would go back again to collect when it is 5.30pm or we have finish the 5 stations ...

The second station got us soak up !!! We were seperated into three pairs, each pairs were given a rubbish bag for us to pass the water bag to the bucket... We were give 10 water bags, and we need to get 5 water bag in the bucket ... If we did it we can throw water bag at our SL, but we miss by one so we end up becoming wet ... The SLs from the station actually ask us to shout our cheer while closing eyes, and we knew they were pour water on us or like throw water bag on us ... And sure they did, even when they said they won't ... After all it is still fun ... We were each given a water bag to throw at other groups before we proceed to the next station...

The third station ... We were ask to draw a paper, we can only use the body part stated in the paper we chosen to pass the wet sponge ... The aim of the game was to fill as much water as we can with the passing of the wet sponge ... I got myself pinky, which look to me like the easier one ... the rest got like knee, cheek, fore head etc ... When we draw again, I got myself feet ...
which is so hard to pass a sponge, even in pair ! As I have to hop !!! Nevertheless, it is still fun ...

The fourth station was like treasure hunt ... We were actually 10-15 minutes earlier than planned ... The SLs actually planned roughly 20 minutes per station ... At this station, we have to find 4 masking tape hidden ... We actually find top by ourselves ... And the other two were by the help of this helpful someone studying at that area ... One under the long table and another under the laptop of that helpful someone !!! The one hidden under the laptop was hidden by someone from the previous group ...

The fifth station which is the last station was at the stadium ... We were ask to sit and using our feet to support one bucket full of water (which is heavy) ... But I guess I wasn't supporting it so I don't feel the heavyness... The SLs at the station will ask questions, when we answer correctly, they will remove some water ... and pour the water on us ... haha ... which is wonderful to me as it is cooling ... There was also one cup of cold water from water cooler ... I was actually hoping I could get that since I am already I don't mind enjoying the cold water as well ...

By then, we are all exhausted ... And we need to travel back to the first station to get our bags and go back to the stadium again to bath ... However, we change our mind as we are really tired of the walking ... So we skip the bathing and just dry ourselve up and change to our extra clothes in some near by toilet ... As such, we were the first to reach the meeting point ... Where we would have our tea break ... Milo, pandan cake and lots of tibits ... While waiting for the other to reach, we bought ourselve some canned drink from the vending machine ...

We were each given a paper for delication ... And then proceed to the staircase area to vote for the Miss Apaches and Mr Apache ...When we were done, all SLs went to prepare the last event ... While Roxanne and Ning stayed to chat with us ...

When we reach the location it was all filled with candle ... A letter-A was form in the middle of the stage to represent apaches using lighted candles ... We were ask to sit in between candle lined up opposite the stage ... And then the SLs came up to the stage with lighted candle on their hand ... Ning and Roxanne act like they were hold one and join the SLs ... Then follow by us to light up the candle near us ... And we all blow off the candle together and it was pictures time !!!

Hehe the photo is not with me ... So can't post ... Then actually we wanted to have dinner with SL but end up we went home as we are not hungry ... And Home sweet home ...
