As usual we start with introduction for the benefit of those who are attending meeting for the first of this year, follow by some songs and then games prepared by the Program Coordinators.
We played the Punch the number game. We were all divided into 3 groups, and I am in group 3, the first group that start the ball rolling! There are a total of 3 stages.
The rule for this game were
1) the circle is the boundary
2) every fault a whistle will be blown, and every whistle mean 10 seconds added
3) number are to be punch in sequence, else whistle will be blown
4) member can use any body part to punch the number, however only one person's body part are allowed to be in the boundary (other member's finger or other body part are not allowed to cross the boundary when there is someone in the boundary)
5) each time the whistle is blown, the group have to start from the start
6) every member to participate in the game
7) once completed all member to be on the ground sheet
8) the group which complete using lesser time wins

Stage one: there were number 1 to 25 mixed in the circle, all number facing up.
We all crowded around the boundary, and starting of the game we kept had a lot of fault as we were not very organize, when we see the number near us we step in without knowing another is stepping in as well.
We resolve by going clockwise direction, the first person start by punching number 1 and the next punch number 2 and so on.
For this round I think we completed it in 2.59 sec plus 4 faults which cause the total timing to be 3.39 sec
Stage 2: Some numbers facing down and there will number 1 to 25, 37, 43, 56 in the circle
We start but turning all the number facing up as causing a few fault in the beginning is better than in the later part. And we did it in clockwise directions again and ran to the groundsheet when we are punched all the number in sequence.
I have forgotten the timing for this round, I think it was 5 or 6 sec and about 6 faults
Stage 3: there was a line instead of circle, the number 13 is beside the door we exit
We all rush out of the door when we were given the cue to start the game, as a result all of us missing out the number 13 that was beside the door.
At first we didn't know until when we reach number 13 all of us were wondering where is number 13? Then someone suggest that the number could be somewhere else but we couldn't find so we were all wondering if it is behind the numbers?
And one of us started turning the number and got a fault as he didn't turn in sequence. The second time he turned the number in sequence, he flipped the numbers till number 12 but still no sight of number 13.
It was when the game master hinted it could be somewhere around there ( pointing direction to his left) then we went to find and found it beside the door we exited in the beginning.
We punch from left to right ( as its a straight line instead of circle ) some shout he is punching number "? " when the number is near him/her.
In the end when we finish punching the numbers we lagged a bit and said we are done then someone said to go over to the groundsheet. Some was wondering why the game master did not whistle when all of us cross the line?
While the group were outside playing Numbers the rest in the room played game like Chuckle Chuckle, Watermelon etc in their group.
Once all the group done with the number game, the Game Masters announce the winner and pointed out some instructions we missed out during the games. Like they said in the beginning the circle is the boundary but all of us seem to assume the line is the boundary.
As well as commenting some good strategies some group came out like group 1 actually did squat down do discussion before they start the game.
After which was some lesson on the 5Ps we should all practice during the camp or even in our school. They are the Position, Pitch, Pause, Passion and Pace.
Then we are be divided into our respective team, I am in Layang !
