Went out with Elin, Jason, Des and our mum for Sakae Buffet ... However, both our mum didn't eat the buffet so just accompany us ... After a while my mum and Alice auntie(Elin's Mum, Des God mother) went to Kopitiam for lunch/dinner ...
While we four continue our sushi feast ... We chatted and joked ... Overall, Jason ate the most while me second most ... Haha ... After that we went SSC's Daiso ... I do notice that I will always go Daiso whenever I go SSC ... haha ... Then we parted with them ... And it was home sweet home ...

I was told by Elin the day before that SSC's Starbucks might be recruiting ... So me and Elin met and took Bus 980 to SSC ... End up there was some miscommunication, the Starbucks was only asking us to send resume not go personally for interview ... So me and Elin went Aston for meal, since she had not had her lunch ...
I had Fish Fillet while Elin had Black Pepper Fish ... Then when Alice Auntie came, we proceed to Sun plaza Library ... Elin loaned one recipe book while me loaned a novel ... haha, it has been a while since I last read a book ...
After that, we went NTUC to get some ingredient for one of the dishes in the recipe book ... Few ingredient needed ... I still remember is plain flour, corn flour, butter, caster sugar, chopped chocolate (but we used chocolate chip) and cinnamon (to be frankly I don't taste the cinnamon when the pastry is done) ...
Initially, Elin wanted to bake as soon as she reach home and ask if I want to go ... However, it was like quite late already so she change to the following day then she bake the pastry ...

In the morning, I went Chong Pang with my parent for breakfast ... Then went to saloon ... My father want to dye hair, me and my mum just wash hair and do facial ... Hehe ... After that I to bus 980 to Elin's house ... And me and Elin start work (Actually, I am more of a spectator ...)
First, she melt the butter and mix with all the flour in big bowl ... In a small bowl was the chocolate chip and caster sugar ... When the butter and flour become something like bread crumble, she start adding the ingredient in the small bowl (LOL, so F&N ... Really long time never do cooking or baking liao ...)
After mixing the chocolate chip and caster sugar, she preheat the oven to 160 Degree Celsius (Really got no ideas how I could remember it ...) ... Then place the pastry in the baking tray and start to shape it in the rectangle (so when the pastry is done baking, can cut it nicely)
If I am not wrong the duration for the baking was 45 minutes or lesser ... When the pastry is out from the oven ... She cut it into small pieces and sprinkle the caster sugar and cinnamon ... Then leave it to cool ...
When the pastry is not that hot, we start eating ... When it is hot, it is soft but dry when it is cool ... It taste more like cookie than cake ... Then it is so dry that I need to drink lots of water after eating one piece ...
And for the name of the dishes, I don't know ... Didn't really check the name, cos we were more interested in the recipe if we want to bake ... My parents came around the time when the pastry is done ... However, they never eat ... I then went down to the coffee shop to buy my dinner and some drinks ... After that was home sweet home, I actually took some home for my sibling to try ... Haha ...

I had Sakae Buffet with friend(Kalz,Grace,Zihui,Rachael,Alvin,Soki,Yanfeng,Willex)at Sun plaza (You do notice that this is the second time in the week I have Sakae buffet ???)
We chat and joke ... And SOKI was late !!! FYI, he was the organiser !!! Anyway, it is just eat and talk, talk and eat loh ... Then we went to the arcade, they played the basket ball machine ... And we took shuttle bus to SSC, but Grace left first to go find her friend ...
Soki bought DVD a Poh Kim ... Willex left next and It was Daiso time !!! (For photos, refer to Alvin's blog ...) Then home sweet home ... Before that, Kalz and Soki want to deposit money ... So we waited for them ... And LOL, after Kalz deposit her money, the machine cannot deposit anymore money as it was full ... Then Soki say want to go find Sijin, but she wasn't working that day ... So me, Grace and Yanfeng parted with them ... We walking home ...

There was no maths lesson, as our teacher went oversea that week ... So I went CWP to find my mum ... She was at the MacDonald drinking cappuccino ... I had the up size meal and gotten a purple cup ... Then Des also came and bought up size meal as well ... Then I bought Elin's Birthday present ... And home sweet home ...

I went Orchard with Grace, Yanfeng and Soki ... As Soki want go repair his phone ... And Grace want go collect her repaired phone ... Then we went food junction for drinks ... And Fareast plaza was next ... Grace want to exchange the t-shirt she bought ... And it was a small shopping time ...
Then I ask her about the Sentosa job (FYI, Grace is currently working at Sentosa) ... She ask to check online cos got many other job in Sentosa with higher pay ... And then she elaborate more on the job she is having now, what she have to do, the pay etc when I ask ... Haha, first time chat with her so long, even Soki say so ...
Then we took the train, someone suggest bounce back ... And all agree except Soki ... He was reluctant and Yanfeng pull him into the train going to marina bay ... On the way, me and grace watch La Pi Xiao Xin in Soki's PSP ... LOL siao !!! This make the travelling time short ... Haha ...
After we alighted, we went 7 eleven ... Grace want to buy prepaid card ... And we met Sijin, who has just knock off from work ... And we chat a bit, and parted ... Together, Sijin and Soki took bus 912 home ... And me, Grace and Yanfeng walk home ...

I went to have Teochew Porridge with my parents and Des ... After that we went to my grandpa's house by my Dad's lorry ... And had lunch at there ... Then met our 3rd aunt, and 3rd Gupo(my mum's 3rd aunt) ... And make our way to Grandpa house ... At around 3pm, I went JP to return the uniform ... And I took Bus 187 to CWP ... Bought some wrapper from More Than Words ... And Home Sweet Home ...

Start to update my blog on the 12, half way through stopped and began again on the 14 ... And errrr, I skip my English class on the 12 ... (like almost more than a month that I skipped my class) Aiya, that why when Soki ask whether he can borrow the worksheet, I don't know what to say ... I am putting all my effort on Maths, hoping I can score a better mark and get to some ITE course I like ...
My mum say that if that the case, I might as well go ITE ... And I thought about it ... If I did go to ITE, chances are that I will drop out halfway ... I have seem Soki's textbook (FYI, if I will to go ITE, I will be in the same course, same campus as Soki), I totally got no interest !!!
